Modern Dating Reflective Group

A reflective community space spanning over 6 weeks for women navigating the modern dating world. â€‹â€‹

This group is dedicated to fostering meaningful conversations around the complexities of dating in your mid 20s and 30s. Through guided discussions, we will explore topics like dating intentions, patterns in dating, first date anxiety, and societal pressures. This group is a limited 6 week experience where we will meet at the same time once a week to share our experiences in a safe containted space, it is facilitated by two psychotherapists. Groups offer a refreshing change from the very common experience of loneliness, providing the opportunity to connect deeply with others who are navigating the same challenges and joys of dating in their mid-20s and 30s. This shared experience fosters a sense of belonging and understanding, as participants can openly discuss their experiences, gain insights from each other, and build meaningful relationships within the group. Through these connections, we hope to find support, encouragement, and a renewed sense of community.

About the Facilitators

Moksha Pasricha & Gianna Ghaswalla

Moksha and Gianna are Psychodynamic Psychotherapists who work with a diverse range of clients with unique concerns. They met during their Masters Degree at Tata Institute of Social Sciences a few years ago, and have since collaborated in various capacities.

In their client work, they noticed how clients often face similar situations but experience them in isolation. Their intention behind this group is to bridge the gap and create safe spaces for people navigating the dating world.
